Monitors and disburse barangay's fund or budget according the approved appropriation by the council. Monitor and ensure completeness of documents that were submitted to the Commission on Audit.

Prepares accounts payable. Ensure the completeness of attached documents especially for the claims billed to supplier. Ensure that computation and correctness of data before forwarding it to the cashier for the preparation of payment.
