What I'm looking for

I’m seeking entry-level opportunities in Business Analysis, Operations Analysis, Financial Analysis, or Data Analysis.

At Trapped Egypt, I manage customer inquiries, bookings, and issue resolution while supporting daily operations and KPI tracking. I also built a call center KPI system using live data to track answer rates, call duration, waiting time, and per-agent performance.

For my Cairo F&B Delivery Market Analysis project, I structured data for 90+ restaurants, queried it with SQLite, and built an interactive Power BI dashboard. I’ve also analyzed financial ratios for EGX-listed companies and mapped operational processes at Strike Academy.

At Mubasher Trade, I completed practical training in brokerage operations, stock trading, and fundamental and technical analysis. I’m studying Financial Markets and Institutions at Helwan University, Faculty of Commerce, and seeking entry-level opportunities in business, operations, financial, or data analysis.
