I’m a results-driven Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer with 6+ years of experience ensuring high-quality software delivery across web, mobile, and enterprise applications. I focus on designing test strategies that strengthen release quality while keeping teams aligned through Agile/Scrum collaboration.

In my current role at MountainTech, I collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to define acceptance criteria and improve test coverage. I perform cross-browser and responsive testing to ensure a consistent user experience, run enhancement testing for new features and integrations, and log/troubleshoot defects in JIRA to minimize production impact.

Previously, at Optyyl Technologies, I led QA as a Team Lead SQA—establishing QA processes and best practices for scalable test coverage on web-based applications. I developed and maintained test plans, documentation, and QA standards, managed QA schedules to meet release deadlines, and worked closely with developers and clients to suggest improvements and drive timely delivery.

I’ve led hands-on testing across multiple platforms and modules, including end-to-end manual testing for Magento e-commerce (Tile Mountain), regression and integration testing for Magento builds (Walls and Floors, Bathroom Mountain), and functional/regression/API testing for Admin Platforms (Angular & .NET) covering reporting workflows. I’ve also validated core LMS functionality in LOOP—confirming course creation, content delivery, and user management—supported by tools and approaches spanning STLC/SDLC, test planning, bug tracking, and both manual and automated testing.
