At ID Privacy AI, I build and deploy AI-powered voice and agentic systems for automotive retail and financial services, turning complex workflows into production-ready solutions. I design voice and chat agents for sales, service scheduling, and debt collection.
I lead CRM integrations with VinSolutions, eLeads, DealerSocket, CDK, and Xtime, and manage prompt engineering, QA, and go-live cycles for US dealership clients. I also drive RPA-based automation for legacy systems without native API support.
My work includes CreditPro / OfferLogix, an AI-powered credit qualification and financing pre-approval system across voice, SMS, and CRM platforms, and POKU, a human-in-the-loop AI decision system for live agent workflows. I’ve also worked on an AI debt collection agent and Lumina, a Colombian Spanish-dialect AI pre-sales agent.
I bring a business foundation from my BBA and MBA at Institute of Business Management. I apply that perspective to AI agents, RPA, and CRM integration to improve operations and deliver automation solutions for clients.
