What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a finance role where I can build and refine valuation and investment models, improve data flows, and support high-impact M&A and research decisions while growing in a continuous learning environment.

I’m an M&A Analyst based in Budapest, focused on turning complex financial and operational data into clear valuations, projections, and decision support. I’m detail- and process-oriented, and I work proactively in environments that reward continuous learning.

In my current M&A role, I prepare industry analyses, screen investors and acquisition targets, and build financial analyses and valuations (DCF and mostly comparables). I also support investor information documents and decision support presentations.

Previously at Formue Norge AS, I acted as a bridge between departments to support Investment Research through model building, improved system flows, and ad-hoc analysis. I created a dynamic net subscription/redemption model across all asset classes and centralized data to improve monthly reporting production by 99.7%.

Earlier, I developed strong data handling expertise as a Financial Reference Data Analyst at MSCI, working from “raw” vendor data to MSCI structured data for terms and conditions. I also improved reporting efficiency in my Financial Planning & Analysis internship by creating database queries, saving ~30 hours per month and increasing accuracy from 68% to 90%.
