At HNS Technologies, I lead development of RAG-based pipelines for content ingestion, machine translation, and contextual retrieval. I’ve also deployed RoBERTa and BERT models for emotion analysis and summarization, and integrated AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, and Model Context Protocol for context management.
At Alphind Software Solutions, I architected NLP pipelines for healthcare chatbots and sentiment analysis, and fine-tuned LLaMA and Whisper models for clinical use cases. I also built ACUMEN360, an OEM manual-powered AI assistant using RAG and prompt engineering that enabled faster troubleshooting for service teams.
