What I'm looking for

I seek a backend or full‑stack engineering role in an agile team building scalable, reliable systems with Java and modern web stacks, where I can integrate third‑party systems, work with CI/CD and cloud tooling, and grow technically.

I am a software engineer with an Electrical & Computer Engineering background and an Integrated Master’s Degree from the Technical University of Crete, where my thesis developed a petroleum infrared spectrum deconvolution tool using Interior Point Methods and IPOPT.

Currently I work as a backend-focused Software Engineer on Ticketmaster's Sports-XT team, contributing to international sports ticketing features, third-party integrations (including Adyen payments), and services in an agile, microservice environment.

I specialize in Java, Spring, JPA/Hibernate, SQL/PostgreSQL, JavaScript/TypeScript, React and CI/CD tooling like GitLab and Azure, and I am passionate about building efficient, test-driven, and maintainable software solutions that solve real-world problems.
