My duties involved calculating employees' terminal benefits, providing career growth support, and managing organizational culture change. I also handled employee grievances, updated personal data, and maintained company policies and procedures.

Completed a Diploma in Human Resources Management. Gained knowledge in various aspects of HR, including employee relations, recruitment, and organizational development.
