At Pentazone, I'm the first and only data analyst for a seven-branch indoor playground chain. I built a Power BI operations board covering retention, sales, attendance and audit scores, which the founder and department heads read daily.
I designed the analytical layer over the 1C ERP and carried out a company-wide systems analysis. After tracing systemic failures to their root causes, I shipped an internal operations platform used by around 20 people across the branches.
I also automated audit reporting from Google Forms through SQL Server and Python to bilingual PDFs. On a project for Shayana Farm through MAAB Academy, I built a desktop reporting application that replaced 15–30 days of work by five people per cycle with a two-click, two-minute run.
