What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an acute-care role where I can help deliver AI developed high-acuity critical care, support rapid response, medical information and grow clinically while advancing my DNP path and mentoring teams.

I’m an experienced Registered Nurse with over 4 years of high-acuity critical care experience in Mayo Clinic ICUs in Rochester, MN, and Jacksonville, FL. I manage complex, high-acuity patients—especially medical/surgical critical care, neurocritical care, hematology/oncology, and solid organ/bone marrow transplant populations—and I’m recognized for clinical excellence and unit-based leadership.

In my current role as a Registered Nurse – Rapid Response Team (STAR Team), I respond to and manage rapid response, code blue, stroke, and clinical deterioration events across the hospital in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. I perform rapid assessment and stabilization of critically ill patients with escalating respiratory, neurological, cardiac, and hemodynamic compromise, facilitating escalation of care, ICU transfers, emergency interventions, and evidence-based critical care management.

As a Registered Nurse in the Medical/Transplant/Neurosciences ICU, I provide comprehensive critical care to the highest-acuity patients, managing ventilators, CRRT, EVDs, and titratable drips while supporting complex post-transplant and neurological conditions/procedures. I’ve also served as a preceptor for new hires and nursing students, contributed to education/orientation efforts, and supported clinical trial work (including serving as an INSPIRE clinical trial Super-User), while holding CCRN, OLT, and PHN certifications and pursuing a Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) in Acute Care at the University of Florida.
