Nkechi Isibor
@nkechiisibor
Entry-level pharmacology and research assistant focused on in vivo experiments, molecular biology, and scientific writing for biomedical impact.
What I'm looking for
I’m a first-class honours B.Sc. graduate in Pharmacology with hands-on research experience in molecular biology and in vivo experimental pharmacology. In my undergraduate research project, I designed and conducted alloxan-induced diabetic rat studies to evaluate metformin–propranolol co-administration on hematological indices, supported data analysis, and contributed to manuscript preparation for peer-reviewed publication.
In addition, my Nigerian Institute of Medical Research internship strengthened my lab practice through DNA extraction, PCR, tissue culture, and agarose gel electrophoresis, alongside animal handling and collaborative biomedical research. I also support learning as a Graduate Assistant (online lectures and student support), and I’m committed to research documentation, laboratory safety, and producing clear scientific writing that moves evidence forward.
