What I'm looking for

I am seeking a role improving education data systems where I can streamline teacher and student data workflows, create user-friendly interfaces, and support institutional and county stakeholders with actionable reports and training.

I am an education technology specialist focused on designing and implementing teacher management information systems that streamline data capture and reporting for institutional and county-level stakeholders.

I have worked with the Teachers Service Commission's Teachers Online System (TMIS/TOS) to improve institutional data collection, including teacher details, mobile number capture, student enrollment, subject registration and performance tracking, and to support user roles from Institutional Heads to County Administrators.

I emphasize usability and accuracy: I help create clear login and password procedures, editable teacher records, validation/error messaging, and exportable reports for monitoring mobile-number capture and other compliance tasks.
