At EY, I lead UX, service design and experience strategy for digital transformation initiatives. For the Unified Indian Visa & Immigration Portal, I led design across web and mobile experiences, bringing seven fragmented services together across complex user and policy journeys.
I also created the Digital Brand Identity Manual and a scalable design system for 85+ Government of India ministries and departments, and redesigned seven exemplar websites. My work included defining information architecture and content strategy, and building the DBIM UX Kit to support website migration.
Before EY, I worked in service and UX design in Italy, where I conducted user research and co-creative workshops. Earlier, as a Project Architect & Designer at GARGARCHITECTS, I led cross-functional teams across design development, coordination and execution of residential and commercial projects.
