At Akatsuki AI Technologies Inc., I engineered backend, security, and cloud features for a multi-tenant ticketing platform serving 100,000+ active users. I designed Redis-based rate limiting to protect 15+ endpoints and implemented email-based two-factor authentication and role-based access control for the admin platform.
I also automated lottery result and reminder emails with an event-driven serverless pipeline, and managed AWS ECS Fargate deployment infrastructure using Terraform. In personal and academic projects, I built platforms for client management, bicycle rentals, and ERP workflows, including a natural-language Q&A pipeline with cited responses.
