Nitin Singh

At Earth Relocation, I support export operations for international household goods relocation shipments. I coordinate shipment documentation and day-to-day requirements, including checking information needed for shipping documents such as the Bill of Lading.

I track documentation status and follow up on pending details, while managing email updates with customers, overseas agents, and internal teams. I also prepare, review, and organize shipment-related documents and maintain accurate records.

At Genpact India Pvt. Ltd., I handled healthcare medical-record requests across CNA, ROI, Non-ROI, and research activities. I reviewed patient information and supporting documents, researched providers and facilities, and performed QA checks against defined criteria while following SOPs and HIPAA requirements.

I also handled non-voice policy administration and documentation management for BUPA’s UK insurance process. Earlier, at Gourav Ram & Co., I handled accounting activities and data entry using Tally ERP; I’m SAP certified and hold a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
