Deployed and operated services across AWS EC2 and Azure VMs with cross-zone failover, automating reporting and health checks in Python. Built Python/Django REST services with JWT and role-based access control, cutting API response times through query optimization and caching.

Operated a MongoDB fleet across 50+ Windows and Linux servers with replica sets and multi-region sharded clusters, secured with SSL/TLS, LDAP, and WiredTiger encryption. Halved recovery time by automating backups, scaling, and recovery through Ops Manager, and added CI/CD pipelines reducing deployment errors by 25%.

Independently administered a MongoDB cluster across 40+ nodes, sustaining 98% uptime for critical enterprise platforms. Engineered backend data pipelines and configured Ops Manager for proactive monitoring and automated backups, with Python and cron automation for routine maintenance.

Improved page load times through query optimization and indexing on backend databases. Implemented and tested backup and restore protocols, and automated recurring admin and telemetry tasks in Python.
