At Fannie Mae, I engineered self-service APIs for AWS database failover, failback, and patching, reducing recovery time from about four hours to under 15 minutes. I also owned the database resiliency platform architecture and built DBMod, a self-service database-change tool adopted across 10 teams.

I build and operate cloud-native AI/ML and Generative AI services, including RAG systems grounded in enterprise data and a pilot MLOps platform. I’ve also developed Terraform and GitLab CI pipelines and served as technical lead for a cross-functional team of 5–8 engineers.
