I’m a generalist who works comfortably across business and technology. With an MBA in Big Data Analytics (GIM) and about 2 years turning ambiguous problems into structured, data-backed solutions, I bring the composure to create clarity where there’s little.

At Zyeta, I acted as the bridge between client requirements and technical delivery teams, managing WELL certification projects across 3 cities and ensuring compliance and audit readiness. I evaluated workplace design and feasible WELL metrics, building measurement frameworks with NPS and CSAT to track customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

I also re-engineered the sales process by embedding a MEDDICC qualification framework to streamline lead generation to proposal workflows, and I developed Power BI dashboards to monitor sales and conversion performance. Across internships at Foundit.ai (Monster APAC), I gathered and structured product requirements, built automated sales-funnel trackers from Salesforce data, and delivered executive dashboards that supported strategic staffing and resource-allocation decisions.
