I spearheaded refund-workflow improvements during the IndiGo migration and Middle East disruptions, creating automated Full Refund logic that ensured 100% recovery for affected users and reduced support overhead by 60%.

Previously at Jio Platforms, I developed Terraform and Kubernetes infrastructure modules for five-plus internal GCP services and led a centralized, high-throughput search engine used by JioMart, Ajio, and Tira. At Samsung R&D Institute India, I built backend modules for mobile network management systems and optimized packet transmission logic for mission-critical data transfers.
