What I'm looking for

I seek a role where I can drive retail credit strategy, implement digital risk solutions, and shape policy within a collaborative, growth-oriented fintech or bank.

I am a Risk Manager with experience in retail credit portfolio monitoring, policy formulation, and digital lending implementations. I work closely with collections, underwriting, operations and tech teams to translate policy into automated, auditable processes.

I have led design and implementation of end-to-end digital journeys for education loans, developed scorecards for credit decisioning, and produced risk MIS and dashboards to curtail delinquencies and NPAs. My work reduced turnaround times through automation and aligned policies with regulatory and business requirements.

I hold an MBA and a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, and complement my domain experience with certifications in investment foundations, Excel, and digital marketing.
