What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build scalable backend and API platforms, ideally in a role combining .NET, cloud services, data engineering, and collaborative Agile delivery.

I've delivered scalable backend systems for Quantum IT, ERC International, and the Dominican Republic Ministry of Public Administration, including a centralized No Objection Request Management System that streamlined government approval workflows.

I bring 10 years of experience designing C#, ASP.NET Core, SQL Server, and REST API solutions across AWS and Azure. My work also spans data and BI engineering with Power BI, SSIS, SSAS, Python, and R, supported by Agile/Scrum leadership and a Master's in IT Project Design and Management.
