What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build reliable embedded networking software, implement routing protocols from specifications, and solve complex control-plane and forwarding challenges.

At BDCOM Bangladesh R&D Centre, I built and maintained routing and MPLS software in C for Layer 3 switches, chassis switches, and routers running VxWorks RTOS and Linux.

I developed 6PE/6vPE support across MPLS control-plane and forwarding modules, extending L3VPN capability to IPv6, and delivered MPLS stacking support with master-backup switchover handling. I also fixed BGP Graceful Restart traffic loss and designed its IGP dependency handling to preserve sessions and forwarding state through restarts and switchovers.

I implement protocols from RFC specifications, including HMAC-SHA authentication for RIP, and build Python/Scapy tooling to craft packets and validate behavior on hardware and GNS3. I’ve mentored five junior engineers, reviewed code, and coordinated with engineering teams in Shanghai.
