I’m a Data Lead with 10+ years of experience in data management, governance, and quality assurance. I focus on turning complex business requirements into governed, high-quality data that supports operational and regulatory needs.

At Fidelity international, I manage the data quality backlog in JIRA and author detailed Jira stories with precise requirements. I also led the WI Database Schema Standardization initiative—establishing a repository to speed discovery time and enabling Collibra metadata integration.

I’ve strengthened governance by serving as a Data Steward for the Scheme Domain, upholding data quality and integrity. I identified and uploaded 53 critical scheme data attributes, directed creation of 113 data quality rules, and led data remediation that reduced 65,000 errors from the non-regulatory rule universe.

I’m driven by root cause analysis and automation. I delivered approximately 45 hours of manual report creation savings by automating Financial Crime Reporting, and improved operational efficiency through automation of the DIT RAS policing tape process. I’m a Certified Data Steward and bring project leadership and stakeholder engagement to every initiative.
