I've supported data governance initiatives at American Express, partnering with business, data, and technology teams to identify critical data elements, document source-to-target mappings, and maintain metadata, lineage, business glossary, and data quality artefacts. I also coordinate data readiness, governance reviews, change management, and RCSA activities to strengthen auditability, risk visibility, and regulatory compliance.
