At Wipro, I develop business requirements documentation for a healthcare client, covering objectives, business rules, As-Is/To-Be processes, and 10 key solution capabilities.

I analyse RFPs and discovery inputs to shape solution narratives, capability maps, proposed solution components, and client-ready frameworks. I also conduct market and competitor research, collaborate with practice SMEs, and contribute to AI governance offerings from concept through execution.

During my supply chain internship at Tata Cummins, I assessed warehouse operations, identified gaps across planning, monitoring, and control, and recommended execution-oriented improvements. I re-engineered workflows, created To-Be process maps, developed logistics and warehouse planning strategies, and standardized SOPs.

My work combines requirements analysis, process transformation, solution design, and data-driven evaluation. I've facilitated stakeholder workshops, structured requirements across delivery phases, and evaluated software providers using MCDM and cost-benefit analysis.
