I led a nine-member team, allocating workloads, resolving issues, coaching employees, and monitoring delivery through a dashboard tracking completion, ageing, discrepancies, and corrective actions.
I work hands-on with Oracle Oscar, Oracle Pascal, BlackLine, SAP, OCM, and Advanced Excel to process journals, reconcile cash in transit and uncleared receipts, match intercompany payments, and improve operational reporting.
