On my AI Sales Chatbot project, I built an LLM-powered system that responds to customer queries using business and customer information. I implemented RAG with LangChain, ChromaDB, embeddings, and Neo4j.
I also developed a multi-document question-answering system with Python, Gemini API, LangChain, and LangGraph. My projects include an AI customer support and ticket-routing workflow and a real estate lead conversion prediction model.
