At SysCloud Technologies, I engineered MCP authentication that lets customers securely connect to SysCloud's MCP through Claude and ChatGPT using OAuth 2.0 Dynamic Client Registration. I also developed AI agents for system monitoring and integrated ELK Stack and Grafana dashboards.
I architected a per-tenant database infrastructure, moving from a shared database to dedicated resources, and led its end-to-end release. I also directed a three-person engineering squad that delivered bulk onboarding for more than 1,000 tenants at a time.
I led SCIM 2.0 integrations compliant with Microsoft Entra and Okta, and worked with the CEO on custom SAML and OIDC support. Earlier, I designed an onboarding resource pool that reduced onboarding latency from two minutes to under ten seconds, and helped migrate more than 1,000 databases from MS-SQL Server to PostgreSQL.
