What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute to commercial law and contract lifecycle management work involving contract review, metadata extraction, quality assurance, client communication, and complex transactional agreements.

I've supported high-volume, complex contract projects at Elevate Services for clients across digital gaming, cybersecurity, cloud-based ecommerce, software, and manufacturing.

As a Senior Legal Associate, I review and interpret procurement, sales, NDA, software license, and other commercial agreements. I extract contract clauses and metadata into Ironclad, prepare NDA playbooks, conduct quality checks, manage trackers, and resolve client queries directly.

I've also reviewed government contracts to identify and summarize customer obligations within contractual and legal frameworks.

Before Elevate, I worked on pro bono civil matters and legal-rights work with ACCPCOPS, and supported bail, alimony, and class-action cases as a Junior Advocate at the Punjab and Haryana High Court.
