At the SOC, I oversee operations across more than 20 CrowdStrike Falcon tenants and own ticketing workflows, escalation management, and KPI/SLA reporting. I led the onboarding and workflow design of Jira Service Management.
I designed automated alert-triage and workflow pipelines using CrowdStrike Falcon EDR and n8n, reducing manual documentation effort by about 80%. I also led SOAR onboarding and playbook development to streamline incident response.
I led SIEM implementation and EDR fine-tuning across multiple environments, and developed custom parsers to improve log ingestion accuracy and reduce false positives. I built a centralized incident tracking system using Microsoft Power Automate, SharePoint, Forms, and Outlook.
In my DevSecOps Security Pipeline project, I built and secured a containerized Flask application with automated security checks across the application lifecycle. The pipeline includes Semgrep, Gitleaks, Trivy, OWASP ZAP, and hardened Kubernetes deployment controls.
