At ITX360, I triaged and investigated endpoint security alerts using CrowdStrike EDR, validating detections and escalating confirmed threats with structured documentation. I also analyzed security events and logs in FortiAnalyzer and reviewed IDS/IPS alerts.
For my final-year project, I designed and built The AI Firewall, a locally hosted middleware layer that inspects prompts before they reach a language model and blocks jailbreak attempts. I implemented it with Python, FastAPI, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers, and benchmarked it against LlamaGuard and a prompted judge model.
My projects also include network forensics, scripted attacks, MFA hardening, and penetration testing. I’m completing a BSc (Hons) Cyber Security at Staffordshire University via APIIT Sri Lanka.
