Nipul Mallikarachchi

I’m a Software Engineer focused on backend systems and cloud infrastructure, with 2 years of experience across early-stage startups. I design and ship scalable services that support real product usage and measurable performance, from transaction flows to high-volume data pipelines.

In my most recent role, I worked end-to-end on a peer-to-peer transaction system serving 1K+ daily users, owning architecture from requirements through delivery. I also built services to generate and deliver transaction and account documents, and served as the key bridge between UI/UX and frontend engineers to keep implementation aligned.

Earlier, I helped scale systems for high-throughput use cases (500K+ DAU and 1M+ monthly events), contributing to analytics and blockchain-powered interactions. I also developed an AWS-driven content automation pipeline that detects changes and dynamically serves blog content through a CMS, removing manual publishing workflows.

I’m especially energized by infrastructure that accelerates teams—provisioning with Terraform, deploying on AWS, and automating repeatable environments. Through projects like a Go-based AWS/Terraform scaffolding CLI and blockchain/dynamic asset pipelines, I keep pushing for safer, faster development and clearer operational workflows.
