At Salesforce, I designed and implemented a unified last-mile RCS messaging channel for inbound and outbound communication, integrating with multiple aggregators.

I developed a low-latency WhatsApp transactional send API with a 200 ms SLA, directly contributing to a $5M ACV deal. I also architected an API for streaming rich media from WhatsApp mobile-originated messages, mitigating risks and securing $29M in revenue.

I led Salesforce’s holiday readiness initiative, debugging a critical memory leak that could have affected 250M outbound messages and analyzing capacity for peak traffic. I also optimized analytics and billing SQL, reducing one procedure’s execution time by 70%.

Earlier, I interned at Salesforce and the University of Melbourne, working on deployment automation and fog-cloud deep learning research. My projects have included image generation, GPU-accelerated AI, and real-time streaming analytics.
