Architected Salesforce-to-legacy connectivity via Oracle SOA Cloud, MFT, and Java for a mission-critical CRM implementation under an aggressive go-live timeline. Mentored a team of four during delivery.

Led integration architecture and SOA governance for 12+ enterprise clients across telecommunications, airline, retail, coalition loyalty, and banking-adjacent sectors. Delivered Oracle ICS/OIC and SOA Suite/ESB/API Management solutions, implemented Oracle Real-Time Decisions (RTD), and performed integration maturity assessments.

Led Oracle Retail (RMS) integration for 30M+ customers across 300+ stores. Improved sales reconciliation discrepancies from 15% to under 2% and supported a DevOps transformation increasing deploy frequency.

Led an eCommerce platform migration, improving performance to achieve faster load times and supporting higher concurrency. Delivered a 40% reduction in load times and enabled 10K+ concurrent users.

Led a SOA migration from Sun JCaps to Oracle SOA Suite, covering 50+ services. Worked on enterprise solutions recognized as part of EDS Top Gun performance and built an early GM car sales eCommerce platform.

Developed CCS integration workflows for customer information, billing, and service order processes across CCS, C2M, and external systems. Built cloud-native OIC integrations as part of legacy middleware decommissioning and developed WCM and IBM Maximo integrations.

Led enterprise-wide OFSC implementation across BHE subsidiaries, integrating Oracle Field Service Cloud with CCS (C2M), NMS, IBM Maximo, and Oracle Fusion Cloud modules plus legacy systems. Developed reusable API Gateway security for OFSC extensions and deployed AI agents to automate OIC configuration, code review, documentation, and tests.

Architected an end-to-end C2M integration platform for credit-bureau pipeline, billing workflows, and meter-to-cash processes. Built production monitoring dashboards and automated error analysis workflows to reduce manual incident response.

Developed core integrations on OIC and OSB for the client’s first Oracle Utilities integration platform. Contributed to architecture design and reusable patterns adopted by subsequent engagements.

Coached and mentored teams on integration architecture and solution design across projects. Authored architecture standards, patterns, and delivery best practices adopted practice-wide.
