What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead Android architecture end-to-end—secure, test-driven development with Kotlin/Compose. I want a team where I can mentor engineers, own Play releases, and use spec-driven AI workflows with automated test verification to improve delivery quality.

I’m an Android Lead Developer with 15+ years building, shipping, and leading native Android applications at scale across banking/fintech, e-commerce, and retail. I specialize in Kotlin and modern Android architecture—Jetpack Compose, MVVM/MVI, and Clean Architecture—so teams can deliver reliably without compromising quality.

In my current role as Senior Tech Lead – Android at Coforge Ltd. (2021 – Present), I drive architecture decisions, mentor engineers through code reviews, and own code quality through CI/CD. I also manage Google Play release operations end-to-end, instrument stability and effectiveness with Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics, and strengthen testing with JUnit, MockK, and Espresso.

Earlier, I built production Android features at Rakuten India (2019 – 2021), focusing on high-throughput real-time updates, performance engineering (ANR analysis, profiling), and user engagement through FCM push notifications and deep linking. Before that, I led modular refactoring at Lowe’s India (2018 – 2019), delivered secure, compliance-grade banking features at DBS (OAuth/JWT, Android Keystore, certificate pinning), and shipped native apps to Google Play at Attribo Technologies & Mediassist India (2009 – 2013).
