I lead AA Talent Solutions, helping businesses identify, attract, and hire qualified professionals through reliable recruitment solutions.

Alongside this work, I've supported Somcable Ltd. since 2016 across HR administration, recruitment, employee relations, payroll support, onboarding, policy implementation, and performance evaluations.
