What I'm looking for

I’m seeking remote or India-based roles supporting international law firms, legal service providers, legal-tech teams, and corporate legal departments.

I've supported matters before the High Court of Chhattisgarh, Sessions Courts, and Magistrate Courts, appearing in criminal and constitutional cases including bail, revisions, appeals, and writ petitions.

I’ve independently drafted more than 200 petitions, applications, appeals, written submissions, affidavits, replies, and rejoinders, including 100+ bail and anticipatory-bail applications. My work combines legal research, issue identification, document accuracy, and filing compliance.

I review FIRs, charge-sheets, pleadings, testimony, and trial records to identify procedural, evidentiary, and factual issues. I prepare case chronologies, evidence summaries, witness strategies, and litigation materials for matters involving NDPS, economic offences, assault, extortion, and personal-injury/death claims.

I also draft and review contracts, conduct due diligence and compliance research, and use SCC Online, Manupatra, ChatGPT, Claude, and Lexis AI to support legal workflows. I’m building on my litigation foundation through training in U.S. corporate-law paralegal practice, M&A, cyber law, intellectual property, and dispute resolution.
