I’m a results-driven Legal Advisor and corporate lawyer with 4+ years of experience handling disputes across arbitration and multiple court forums, including NCLT, NCLAT, TDSAT, the Delhi High Court, Labour Courts, and Commercial Court matters. In my current role, I appear in proceedings and help ensure the legality of commercial transactions through careful legal oversight and courtroom readiness.

What I bring is a blend of strategy and execution: I assist with and oversee the preparation of contracts, help with dispute settlement formalities, and formulate questions and strategies by reviewing case materials for effective cross-examination and depositions. I also research and provide legal advice, drafting legal opinions, memoranda, and briefing documents—building pleadings and litigation-ready documentation to support smooth court processes and case progression.

Before this, I served as a Junior Associate at Dubey & Associates, where I appeared before courts in matrimonial, arbitration, and cheque dishonor matters, handled case filing, and researched legal issues using resources like Manupatra and Google. Earlier internships strengthened my foundations through legal awareness and case research (including RTI and divorce under Hindu laws), along with practical exposure to court manners and client coordination—skills I continue to apply through organized case management, evidentiary preparation, and dependable client communication.
