Hi! I'm Nilson Diaz, I have been performing professionally as a Frontend Engineer/Full-Stack developer for the past 5 years, working in several project, some of them completely focused on delivering a quality product for clients based on the bussines logic, others aiming to automate and increase the efficiency of some tasks internally for the backoffice.

I have been working with from medium to small teams, and even alone taking the responsability for proposals in problem solving, designing features, technical execution, optimizations and live-cycle in production, which I was capable to impact significantly in the user experience for the final product, reducing times which sometimes lead to reduce costs or at least increase productivity, engaged new clients or deploy innovation features for the bussines logic.

Personally, I'm a pretty autonomus person but also look forward to work with a competent team of people in which we can all grow through feedback and constant, assertive communication, propose, listen to others and help through the iteration cycle.
