When I joined GP Group, I inherited a proptech platform with no documentation, no technical handover, and an undocumented database of 55 tables. I audited the system, found that only 34% to 60% of features worked depending on the user role, and built the case for a full rebuild rather than continuing to patch the legacy platform.
I then led the rebuild with a team of five developers and one UI/UX designer, owning requirements, QA, and release coordination across web and native mobile. We launched the new MVP in six months, and the platform grew to 662 listed projects and 600 onboarded companies across Türkiye, Dubai, Greece, and Cyprus.
What I enjoy most is understanding what users actually do, rather than relying on assumptions. Research showed that agents moved scheduling conversations to WhatsApp, so we discontinued the scheduling feature and redirected engineering effort to higher-value areas. I also used cohort and usage analysis to understand growth patterns and built the company’s first KPI framework.
My background combines software engineering, business intelligence, analytics, market research, and marketing. I hold a B.Sc. in Software Engineering, a Business Intelligence certificate, and I am currently completing a Master’s in Marketing Management. I speak Farsi, English, and Turkish.
I’m looking for remote Product Specialist or Business Analyst roles, particularly in proptech, marketplaces, and SaaS. I’m based in Istanbul, GMT+3, and comfortable working with teams across Europe, the Middle East, and the Gulf.
