At PwC Greece, I advise food and beverage companies, including Athenian Brewery and a leading Maltese catering company, on growth, innovation, and investment strategy. I turn market and technical evidence into recommendations for boards and senior management.
At the Smart Farming Technology Group, Agricultural University of Athens, I led research projects on food-crop production, including Smart Droplets and DiVine. I designed and ran field trials, analysed data, and applied machine learning and computer vision to agri-food datasets.
I coordinated more than 100 organisations across Europe and wrote research proposals that secured more than €20M. I also ran workshops and training, translating scientific findings for farmers and industry partners.
