At Agoda, I managed an existing customer-facing flow in the Assistant chatbot and developed an AI-powered feature to help customers self-serve and reduce the need for live-agent support.
I programmed the feature logic, updated the chatbot flow using internal tools, and monitored a live A/B experiment that validated the product hypothesis. I also used SQL to analyze customer funnel behavior and determine the experiment sample size.
At B.GRIMM, I contributed to WATTWISE, a data-driven energy-management project that helps partner factories identify energy-optimization opportunities. I developed a real-time monitoring and analytics platform using Flask, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
I integrated EnergyPlus and Three.js into an interface for creating 2D floor plans, generating 3D building models, and running energy simulations. I also developed and evaluated voice-generation, text-to-speech, and procedural level-design features at Let’sMOD.
