I’m an experienced Production Coordinator and Operations Professional with 5+ years in food manufacturing, focused on inventory management, production planning, reporting, and team leadership. I coordinate production processes end-to-end while keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.
I supervise production activities, organize workforce allocation, and support shift planning to keep delivery and throughput on track. I ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards, including HACCP procedures and documented processes.
I monitor daily inventory levels, order supplies and packaging materials based on operational needs, and coordinate deliveries between production sites and warehouses. I maintain inventory records, prepare operational plans, and deliver reports to management while analyzing discrepancies and material usage.
I bring a hands-on approach and cross-functional support mindset—covering key operator and supervisory responsibilities when needed. I’m currently seeking opportunities in customer support, administration, data entry, operations coordination, and AI evaluation.
