At Ampersan, I led a migration from a bare-metal monolithic MySQL database to Vitess to improve horizontal scalability and fault tolerance. At Maverick Derivatives, I deployed a multi-node PostgreSQL TimescaleDB cluster for 500TB of time-series data and migrated 500TB of workloads from AWS RDS to bare metal, reducing recurring infrastructure costs by tens of thousands of euros per month.
