For Tessera, a Solana-based tokenized private-markets platform, I built the community operating system: KPI tracking, member CRM scoring, reporting templates, outreach queues, and two-shift handoffs.
I drive personalized outreach, VIP pipelines, content activations, and X Community-to-X Chat migration while producing weekly analytics reports the team uses. I’ve also managed Bitcoin DeFi communities, handled Zendesk support, led Zoom team syncs, and supported a Brotocol community that reached 150k+ users at peak.
