I work directly with customers, suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to clarify requirements, resolve delivery issues, and keep commitments on track. I manage priorities across procurement, production, inventory, dispatch, and delivery while maintaining accurate records and timely stakeholder updates.

My work focuses on practical solutions: assessing stock availability, production timelines, logistics constraints, and customer requirements to address fulfilment exceptions and minimize avoidable delays.

I bring more than three years of customer-focused operations experience, supported by a BBA in International Business with a major in Logistics and Supply Chain Management. I’m comfortable working independently, communicating clearly, and using Advanced Excel, Microsoft Office, and Power BI to support operational reporting.
