In my current role as a Senior Analyst – Derivatives Reconciliation, I perform cash and position reconciliation for Futures & Options trades, identify and resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely escalation within SLA timelines. I investigate and clear complex trade breaks by reconciling against multiple exchanges, coordinating with front office, middle office, custodians, Fund Managers, and brokers to drive root-cause resolution. During Clearer Migration, I supported investigation of 500–700 position breaks and built an automated filtering method to reduce recurring mismatch errors.

Previously at State Street, I managed equity and fixed-income trade-related issues by investigating root causes, resolving cash and position breaks, and executing manual amendments via messaging instructions. I also strengthened reconciliation quality in Cost Basis operations at MPHASIS Ltd by developing reconciliation processes, maintaining 99.35% accuracy and 100% completeness of corporate data, and ensuring timely resolution of operational issues—all while maintaining compliance and aiming for zero aged breaks.
