At Tata Consultancy Services, I worked on Morgan Stanley's Balance & Control operations, resolving an individual queue of 500+ share and cash breaks a day. I traced breaks to the journal and CUSIP, posted corrections, and followed aged items across teams until they cleared.
I also prepared daily MIS and productivity reports in Excel and worked with the technical team to automate manual steps and reduce human errors. I'm adding SQL, Python, Power BI, and Tableau through the Data Science Program at Newton School as I move toward data and business analysis.
