What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an Accounts Payable role where I can own high-volume invoice processing, strengthen GST/TDS compliance, speed up vendor reconciliations, and support month-end close with accurate MIS and process improvements.

I’m an Accounts Payable Analyst with 3+ years of experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, GST & TDS compliance, and month-end closing. I handle high-volume invoices, vendor payments, reconciliations, and AP reporting while ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.

I’ve led GST reconciliation between purchase registers and GSTR-2B, identifying discrepancies and coordinating with vendors for timely resolution. I also perform 3-way matching (Purchase order, GRR and Invoice entry), manage AP aging, and support accruals and reconciliations for timely close.

In my recent role, I successfully supported migration of financial data and AP processes from Tally ERP to Epicor ERP, ensuring data accuracy and process continuity with minimal disruption. I’m proactive in resolving vendor and internal stakeholder queries and strengthening internal controls through better AP process discipline.

Previously, I managed end-to-end accounting in a startup environment as the sole finance professional—covering Accounts Payable/Receivable, General Ledger accounting, payroll processing, GST compliance, banking transactions, and project costing. That broad foundation helps me communicate effectively across teams, control risk, and deliver reliable financial reporting.
