At Save the children international Organization, I trained and supervised nutrition volunteers and supported Community Health Workers (CHWs). I coordinated with community health committees, leaders, and health facility staff to strengthen nutrition outreach activities.
I also supported FHAG activities, health education sessions, and community-based referral systems. I conducted joint home visits with volunteers to identify and refer clients for health and nutrition services.
As a Community Mobilizer with FSL Save, I supported community mobilization and hygiene awareness activities. I assisted with beneficiary assessment, selection, verification, and site selection, and prepared reports while supporting field monitoring with government authorities.
My experience also includes WASH training, teaching, and community and youth association roles. I hold a Bachelor of Journalism from Balkh University and have training in WASH, child protection, adolescent leadership, and digital skills.
